If you weren’t able to join us for the live presentation of the Financial Services Module, you can watch a recording here.
During this webinar we explored a data management solution that can help you record and report on all aspects of financial assistance provided to members by a Tribe.
RiteTrack’s Financial Services Module tracks and reports on all aspects of financial assistance provided to members by a Tribe. Department budgets and grants along with which financial services that are funded by these sources are also tracked. Additionally, members who receive any financial assistance have their own individual accounts so that money, transferred through services, is tracked in a general ledger.
Approval or denial of claims can be done manually through administrative security or automated using an individual’s income, expenses, benefits, assistance, resources, and past services received to determine eligibility. Detailed standard reports enable an overview to see how budget, grants, and services have been used over time.
During the webcast we will review system functionality for:
- Demographics and Contact Information
- Eligibility Criteria
- Budgets and Grants
- Financial Services
- Claims for Services
- Financial Reporting
RiteTrack’s customizable platform with its powerful functionality and intuitive interface combined with unrivaled customer support are certain to benefit any Tribe’s programs.
Watch the recording to see how RiteTrack can improve data management and help you turn that data into information.
