Case and treatment plans are essential in providing effective treatment to youth in detention and on probation. Case Plans provide a set of achievable goals and steps for the youth to accomplish to be successful in completion of their treatment. However, in many justice software systems, case plans are not part of the software system.
Register for this recording to see how incorporating case plans into the software interface can simplify case management functions for both juvenile detention staff and juvenile probation officers.
Additionally, if you work in a specialized program like diversion and drug courts, you can find out how to use development of case plans to assist in determining treatment steps to meet specialized issues—including linking treatment plan goals to groups while also addressing criminogenic needs of youth on probation or in a facility.
During this 30-minute demonstration, you will also see how case plans are developed and connected to youth records, their groups, and notes on individuals in a juvenile justice software system.

In juvenile justice organizations, managing staff at a facility can be as difficult as managing the youth and their cases. During this webcast, we will show a software system that assists Directors and Administrators with supervision and oversight of staff in addition to illustrating the standard functionality and case management capabilities for the facility’s day-to-day operations.
RiteTrack helps ensure supervisors are completing required follow-ups on incident reports, restraints, and seclusions in addition to necessary follow-ups for rooms checks, log notes and shift reports.
It also assures the facility is maintaining compliance with training certificates and personnel requirements with the use of an electronic personnel file.
The reporting capabilities in RiteTrack produce statistics that identify where staff may need additional direction or highlight where they are excelling in their work.
Register for this brief 30-minute recording to see how functionality in a client and case management system can also provide needed documentation and management for staff needs, too.
