Greetings,
These past few weeks have seen challenges perhaps never seen before by my generation. We have all had to make changes in our lives as we deal with the coronavirus pandemic. At Handel, most employees are currently working from home. As a technology company we were probably better prepared than many from the fact that most employees are already set up to be working remotely. Perhaps even more important, we feel very fortunate that we actually still have work to do during these difficult times when many are getting laid off from their jobs. More than ever, our customers rely on RiteTrack so that they can provide uninterrupted services to their clients and they rely on our team for on-going support during these difficult times. When we made the call last week to have employees temporarily work from home, we didn’t miss a beat. While some have visited the office from time to time, the majority of our work this past week, and likely for some time to come, has been done from home. While there may be many distractions at home, I have been incredibly impressed with how effectively our staff have adjusted to this temporary new normal. We stay in touch daily and we are able to do all of our meetings via Microsoft Team. This Friday afternoon, one of our employees has even planned a virtual happy hour.
This week we wanted to check in with some of our customers to see how RiteTrack is helping them through this difficult time. More than ever, we are so thankful for our strong community of RiteTrack users and their dedication to our platform.
Here are some of the responses we have received:
“Most of my non-detention staff are telecommuting and without Rite Track, that would not be possible. Taking advantage of this crisis has provided some of the staff, that have not been 100% engaged with Rite Track the opportunity to clean up files and become familiar with the advantages RiteTrack provides. Without it, we would be ‘dead in the water’.”
Michael S. Merringer, Director, Kitsap County Juvenile and Family Court Services
“RiteTrack has continued to be an essential tool in our day to day operations. Given the remote nature of the program, it has been a huge benefit in being able to stay productive and keep our work moving forward.”
Ted Bridgman, IT Director, The Ranches
“Most of the staff are working the majority of their hours from home, only rotating into the office occasionally for necessary paperwork and files. We’re therefore very reliant on RiteTrack, which has allowed us to:
a) Access the system externally, while we waited for our IT people to set up remote access protocols;
b) Run detailed data reports, to prioritize case management and off-load as many clients as we can quickly & safely;
c) Collaborate effectively, by distributing tasks; &d) as we have had to change up some of our procedures, we have found that the RiteTrack workflows offer enough flexibility to do certain tasks out-of-order, without breaking functionality of embedded processes. All in all, so far so good!”Yosef Seigel, Data Analyst, Douglas County, NE
