Handel Vice President Selected to Present at the 2019 TribalNet Conference
Handel’s Vice President of Sales was selected to speak at the 20th Annual TribalNet Conference. This marks the third time Casey Bader has been chosen to facilitate workshops at TribalNet’s annual conference.
His session, “Tribal Member Services—Centralized Data Models,” will examine how to create a 360-degree view of tribal members and how to eliminate the siloed nature of data collection for grant, social, and member service programs. During this session, Casey will also explore how technology is leveraged to enable collaboration and reporting for grants and outcome tracking through The White Earth Nation Coordination, Assessment, Resource and Education (WE CARE) case management model. Through community outreach, White Earth Nation discovered that members were unaware of many programs and services offered and when they did access services were often confused and overwhelmed by the lack of collaboration between programs. WE CARE is operated through a care coordination database system that provides an efficient and effective way to link families to the services they need.
