Handel Information Technologies is proud to have partnered with Osage Nation Health System to increase efficiency and effectiveness of services for their Family Violence Prevention program.

Implementation Overview:

Osage Nation Health System (ONHS) provides inclusive and accessible assistance for victims of domestic violence, family violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human sex trafficking on the Osage Reservation. Their Family Violence Prevention program specifically extends a helping hand to anyone experiencing family violence to provide informed options and support in their times of need.

ONHS Family Violence Prevention program has chosen to implement RiteTrack’s Domestic Violence Victim Advocacy (DVVA) software solution to manage their member services provided, simplify and expedite reporting, and minimize data loss

Implementation Objectives:

RiteTrack will streamline service management for the program by confidentially tracking victim information, victimization they are experiencing, shelter services provided, or referrals for other assistance. In addition to victim tracking, the module also records staff services such as hotline calls, victim outreach, and community training.

Additionally, RiteTrack will offer access to a robust reporting system. Previously for the program, reporting was difficult and time consuming. With RiteTrack, administrators will be able to generate reports to find data quickly, ensuring that staff will spend less time working with data, and more time serving their members. Specifically, this module has a standard report to satisfy reporting requirements for Family Violence Prevention and Services (FVPSA) Grants and several other standard reports to also satisfy sections of the U.S DOJ on Violence Against Women Semi-Annual Progress Report.
