The Advantages of Our Newest RiteTrack Software
By Jake Brandes
After years of work improving our system’s design, out-of-the-box functionality, and ease-of-use, we are excited to announce our newest version of the RiteTrack software is now available for go-lives. Here are a few new features and major improvements of our newest software offering:
Mobile devices
Our newest platform supports tablets, phones, and desktops. With the new version of RiteTrack staff can access or update information away from their computer. There is no required browser or plug-ins for this system, HTML5 is the front end.
Get updates from other departments’ software:
The newest version of RiteTrack has full API for easy cross-system communication. Think of this as a special connection between different departments’ software, allowing the different systems to talk to each other. If a participant updates their information in one system, full API allows that same information to be updated in real time in another department’s system, even if they are using a different software.
Staff jump right into the most prevalent work.
With specific user interactive dashboards, staff can effortlessly jump into what tasks are most important to their roles. A user can set a calendar as their dashboard and be see their appointments or their specific caseload with hyperlinks to bring them straight to information they need quickly. Additionally, a user for a court could set outstanding fines and fees as their dashboard to quickly be able to view and update what fines and fees are due that day.
Admin can adjust software on the fly
Ritetrack’s new version contains new configuration options for administrators of the system – The admin can now set up notifications to users, change labels and icons, and even set dash tiles available only to certain users. This saves time and is more cost effective, since you do not have to contact your Handel project manager to make these small changes.
Automatic notices to participants.
The new “Notice Templates” feature allows you to paste Microsoft Word notices into the system for creation. We had many customers who had 30+ notices they had to send out consistently to clients. These notices usually consisted of a client name, phone number, and/or address that was pulled into the notice along with the specific message regarding the purpose of the notice. Each one of these documents were hand-generated with fill-in-the-blank information. Our new Notice Template ensures that these notices can be generated in seconds from a template, saving staff the trouble of entering each name, phone number, and any other information that is already stored in RiteTrack.
Earlier versions of RiteTrack required more work in order to generate this sort of document, while the new templates can be created on the fly. Below is an example of a arrest warrant we copied from Microsoft Word and had it generate the client’s name and case number.
