Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System (AFCARS) Module
For tribal agencies dedicated to improving outcomes for Native children, RiteTrack’s AFCARS add-on provides a complete solution for AFCARS compliance. This add-on integrates seamlessly with our Indian Child Welfare (ICW) module, offering an intuitive interface to manage and report crucial case data while respecting cultural and legal considerations.
With this solution, tribes gain the ability to autonomously manage and submit AFCARS reports directly to the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) without state involvement. This autonomy not only saves valuable time but also reinforces tribal sovereignty by allowing tribes full control over their data submissions. This includes case management of and reporting on a child’s continuum of care from removal to placement to adoption. The AFACRS module’s seamless health and case management capabilities allow users to document critical medical and health information, including health assessments, mental health status, and pregnancy details. This functionality ensures compliance and supports thorough case tracking from initial contact through guardianship or adoption.
